📄 How to Upload Your Prescription
Please upload a clear and valid prescription issued by a registered doctor. This page is for patients and clinics.
✅ A valid prescription should include:
- Doctor's details: Doctor's name, registration details and clinic or hospital information.
- Patient's details: Patient's name and other relevant details.
- Date of prescription: The prescription date should be clearly visible.
- Medicine details: Medicine name, strength, dosage and quantity.
- Doctor's signature or stamp: Signature or stamp wherever applicable.
🔍 Before uploading, please check:
- The prescription photo or PDF is clear and readable.
- All four corners of the prescription are visible.
- The medicine name and dosage can be read properly.
- The prescription has not been altered.
- The file is in PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG format and is 5 MB or smaller.
