Return Policy:
www.hivhub.in may allow return of product(s) if:
- Product(s) does not match Your order.
- Product(s) delivered are past the expiry date.
- Product(s) delivered are damaged in transit.

Return Time Frame from Delivery : For any other reason 3 Days

Conditions & Guidelines:
The sales return of temperature controlled products (i.e. Insulin, Injection, temperature controlled eye drops, chocolates, etc.) will not be accepted by Seller (Healthbuddy), except at the time of delivery received as damaged.
New order number is to be entered while placing return request for Doctor Changed Medicines Cases. If the new order id is not mentioned in remarks field, then the return request will not be accepted by the Seller (Healthbuddy).
The return of products should be in good condition otherwise it will not be accepted as return by the Seller (Healthbuddy).
The return of unsealed products will not be accepted.
Products that cannot be returned (Except at the time of delivery received as damaged):
DNAVITA, Products ordered through Gift Happy Box
Any Unsealed/Opened/Used Products
Undergarments as this category is excluded from our general return policy due to hygiene reasons.
Products marked as non-returnable,
Temperature controlled products (i.e. Insulin, Injection, temperature controlled eye drops, etc.)
Returns & Exchanges are not accepted except in case the packet is not open & it is in original packaging condition
NOTE :
If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return on website/app within 3 days from the time of delivery. The Seller (Healthbuddy) will pick the damaged product from you at no extra cost.
Products delivered in Non-Serviceable Area will be on non-returnable basis. The Seller will not accept the return.
Refund Policy:
Full refund will be given, if the claim is found to be valid, in following cases:
a. You received a defective item;
b. The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
c. The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date
The mode of refund will be by way of credit to the original mode of payment – Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third Party Wallet.
Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

How to Request a Refund:
1.1 To request a refund, email Us, within 3 days of receipt, Your order details, including the reason why You are requesting a refund. You can also raise a request on our website/App. The Company may also require You to upload pictures of the product(s) received in order to process the refund.
1.2 Company will verify the request within 3 working days from the time of receipt of your request. Once the claim is verified as genuine and correct, www.hivhub.in will initiate the refund process. In case of refund, www.hivhub.in may also initiate the collection process in which case You will be required to pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packing for collected by www.hivhub.in.

Cancellation Policy:
You can Cancel an order in “In Process”/”Order Placed” status by clicking on the Cancel link/button.
You will be able to Cancel an order within 3 hours of placing the order provided the order has not been confirmed/processed. However, you will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been confirmed/processed.
