Return, Refund and Cancellation policy

Return Policy:

We offer refund / exchange within first 3 days from the date of your purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange, (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) the item must have original packaging, (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange. Further, only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.

You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. For exchange / return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned / exchanged product. Further. If the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.

www.hivhub.in may allow return of product(s) if:

  • Product(s) does not match Your order.
  • Product(s) delivered are past the expiry date.
  • Product(s) delivered are damaged in transit.

Conditions & Guidelines:

The sales return of temperature controlled products (i.e. Insulin, Injection, temperature controlled eye drops, chocolates, etc.) will not be accepted by Seller (Healthbuddy), except at the time of delivery received as damaged.

New order number is to be entered while placing return request for Doctor Changed Medicines Cases. If the new order id is not mentioned in remarks field, then the return request will not be accepted by the Seller (Healthbuddy).

The return of products should be in good condition otherwise it will not be accepted as return by the Seller (Healthbuddy).

The return of unsealed products will not be accepted.

Products that cannot be returned (Except at the time of delivery received as damaged):

DNAVITA, Products ordered through Gift Happy Box

Any Unsealed/Opened/Used Products

Undergarments as this category is excluded from our general return policy due to hygiene reasons.

Products marked as non-returnable,

Temperature controlled products (i.e. Insulin, Injection, temperature controlled eye drops, etc.)

Returns & Exchanges are not accepted except in case the packet is not open & it is in original packaging condition

NOTE :

If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return on website/app within 3 days from the time of delivery. The Seller (Healthbuddy) will pick the damaged product from you at no extra cost.

Products delivered in Non-Serviceable Area will be on non-returnable basis. The Seller will not accept the return.

Refund Policy:

Full refund will be given, if the claim is found to be valid, in following cases:

a. You received a defective item;

b. The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;

c. The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date

The mode of refund will be by way of credit to the original mode of payment – Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third Party Wallet.

Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

Exchange & Replacement:

  • If return is approved for exchange or replacement, the new product will be delivered within 7 days.
  • Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product.

Refund and Cancellation policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any refunds approved by Life Saving Pharma, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.

  • REFUND WILL BE CREDITED ON YOUR SOURCE OF BANK AC IN 7 TO 14 WORCKING DAYS. (bank policy may delay).

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email us at hivhub.in@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt with your order details and reason. You can also raise a request on website/App. You may need to upload product pictures.
  2. Company will verify your request within 3 working days. Once verified, refund process will begin.

Shipping Policy

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 1 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
